Bruce was a Chicago Firefighter for 20 years with 2 years as a State Police Officer. 
He now serves in the Virgin Islands National Guard Military Police Unit.
He has been doing business in St. Thomas for over 10 years. 
In 2005 he received the “Service Above Self Award” from Rotary Club East, St. Thomas, USVI. 

On December 25 for the last four years his taxi has become Santa's Sleigh, giving free island tours to visitors on St. Thomas with free gifts from local business and hotels.  (Click here for 2004 story and here for the story in the Virgin Islands Daily News December 26, 2007.)

He now sits on the board to put in place the certified tour guide education program for all taxis on St. Thomas ,
sponsored by the USVI Hotel and Tourism Association. 

Bruce is a born-again Christian and gives thanks and praise to God.
